We take on only one wedding per weekend so that we can dedicate our mental space and physical time to each of our couples. You will have at least two of our team members working on your wedding day!

One of the most common questions we get is “what is the difference between a wedding coordinator versus a wedding planner?” We hope we can provide some insight to help you better make a decision that fits with your needs and your budget!

  • Wedding Planners are considered full-service and tend to lead the planning discussion from the moment of booking. They would be the ones to reach out to vendors for you and keep up ongoing tasks like a checklist and your budget.

  • Wedding Coordinators, on the other hand, leave the planning discussion, booking, and communicating their own vendors to the client with some light organizing along the way.
