Planning and Coordination

Custom Planning and Coordination is an incredible option if you’re wanting more than month-of but not quite everything in our full planning option. We include some of the fundamental services from month-of to get us started, but let’s talk and together we’ll devise a custom plan that meets your needs.

Fundamental services include:

• Initial Consultation

• Unlimited digital communication

• In-person meetings (up to 4 hours total)

• Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to Wedding Date

• Vendor Contract Review

• Onsite coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the Wedding Date

• Event clean up: ensure venue is left in appropriate condition

• AND whatever else your heart desires! We’ll tailor a plan to your exact needs and dreams.

Price scaled to size of wedding and desired planning involvement.
